We currently pack orders for clients with medical products, beauty ranges, clothing/apparel & accessories, and beverages!
Our clients have unique packaging which they send to the warehouse, and we use with each of their orders.

Storage
We accommodate to two types of storage:
- Ambient storage
- Cold/Chilled storage
We keep a range of medical products and drinks between 2-6°C in our cold/chilled storage.
Our clients also store their packaging and other items in our ambient temperature storage space, so that we can assemble their entire order in one warehouse.

Kitting & Rework
We offer custom rework and kitting services, that can be many steps to create a new SKU.
If you want to sell subscription boxes, our kitting services can kit your boxes and ship them to subscribers.
Ship individual components from different manufacturers to our warehouse space, we’ll do the rest, including light assemble, branded packaging and inserts – including last mile delivery.

Where is your warehouse?
87-103 Epsom Rd, Rosebery NSW 2018, roughly six kilometres from the Sydney CBD and close to Port Botany and Sydney Airport. For Sydney metro deliveries that generally means next-day.
How is your pricing structured?
Pricing has five components and nothing else: receiving, warehousing and storage, pick and pack, delivery, and kitting or rework. There is no upfront cost and no monthly platform fee. The total depends on your order volume, units per order, storage footprint and whether you need temperature control.
Is there a minimum term or lock-in contract?
No. There is no minimum term and no lock-in contract, on storage or fulfilment. You pay for what you use, for as long as you use it, and if volume drops so does what you pay.
What temperature ranges can you store at?
Four bands operate in the same building: ambient, controlled under 25°C, controlled under 18°C, and refrigerated 2-6°C. Holding them on one site means a mixed order is assembled once and ships as a single parcel rather than being split across providers.
Do you store medical products?
Yes. Medical products, diagnostics and temperature-sensitive supplements are held at 2-6°C, which sits within the 2-8°C range most pharmaceutical and diagnostic specifications are written to, with temperature logged continuously. We are not a licensed pharmaceutical wholesaler.
