3PL Warehouse in Sydney

OPS 3PL is a third-party logistics warehouse in Rosebery, NSW, roughly six kilometres from the Sydney CBD and close to Port Botany and Sydney Airport. We hold stock, pick and pack orders, and despatch to your customers under your branding.

Why the location matters

Rosebery sits inside the inner south industrial belt. For Sydney metro deliveries that generally means next-day, and being close to the airport and port shortens the leg between your inbound freight and the shelf.

What we store

Holding both on one site means mixed orders are assembled and shipped as a single parcel.

Receiving your stock

Inbound freight is booked in, checked against your ASN or packing list, counted, and put away to a recorded location. Discrepancies between what was declared and what physically arrived are reported back to you rather than absorbed silently — you should know if a supplier short-shipped you.

Pick and pack

We pack orders for clients selling medical products, beauty ranges, clothing and accessories, and beverages. Where you supply custom packaging and inserts, we use them, so the unboxing experience stays yours. Accuracy runs at 99% across more than 1,500,000 orders.

Order integration

Orders import automatically from over 100 selling channels, marketplaces, ERPs and inventory systems — including Shopify and Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Magento, TikTok Shop, Walmart and Alibaba. If your platform is not on the list, ask; the integration layer is broader than the headline names.

What it costs

Our pricing has five components and nothing else: receiving, storage, pick and pack, delivery, and kitting or rework where you need it. There are no upfront fees.

There is no minimum term and no lock-in contract — on storage or fulfilment. You pay for what you use, for as long as you use it. If volume drops or the arrangement stops suiting you, you are not held to a term.

Onboarding

We work backwards from your go-live date. That typically means agreeing the integration and SKU list first, then a test order run, then inbound freight, then live. The point of the sequence is that fulfilment is ready on the date you have already promised your customers — not a fortnight after it.
