Ecommerce Fulfilment in Sydney
OPS 3PL fulfils ecommerce orders from our Rosebery warehouse in Sydney. Orders received before 12pm are picked, packed and despatched the same day, in your packaging, with tracking pushed back to your store.
The same-day cutoff, honestly explained
A 12pm cutoff means an order placed at 11:45am leaves the building that afternoon. An order placed at 12:15pm goes the next business day. We publish the cutoff rather than promising vague speed, because it is the number that actually determines what your customer sees.
Accuracy, and how it is measured
We run a 99% pick accuracy rate across more than 1,500,000 orders fulfilled. Accuracy here means the right SKU in the right quantity in the right parcel — measured on orders despatched, not on lines picked, which is the more forgiving way to count.
Your packaging, not ours
Clients send their own boxes, mailers, tissue, cards and inserts, and we pack with them. Nothing in the parcel says OPS 3PL. If you have spent money on an unboxing experience, it survives the warehouse.
Platform integration
Orders import automatically from more than 100 selling channels and systems, including:
- Shopify and Shopify Plus
- WooCommerce
- Amazon
- eBay
- BigCommerce
- Squarespace
- Magento Commerce
- TikTok Shop
- Walmart
- Alibaba
- Big Cartel, Wish and Cratejoy
Custom shipping rules can be configured per channel, so a marketplace order and a direct order can follow different carrier logic without you managing it manually.
When something goes wrong
Orders change after they are placed. Addresses are wrong. Fraudulent orders slip through. Our warehouse customer service team works on the warehouse floor rather than in a separate office, so an amendment request reaches someone who can physically intercept the pick — provided it has not already left.
Chilled ecommerce
If your product needs refrigeration, we hold chilled stock at 2–6°C on the same site and can fulfil chilled and ambient items in a single order. See our cold storage 3PL page for how the cool room and cold chain work.
What it costs
Five components: receiving, storage, pick and pack, delivery, and kitting or rework. Pick and pack pricing improves at every additional 1,000 orders processed monthly. No upfront cost.
There is no minimum term and no lock-in contract. You pay for what you use, for as long as you use it — pick and pack per order, storage on the positions your stock occupies. If volume drops or the arrangement stops suiting you, you are not held to a term.
Frequently asked questions
What time is your same-day despatch cutoff?
12pm. An order placed at 11:45am leaves the building that afternoon; an order placed at 12:15pm goes the next business day. We publish the cutoff as a time rather than promising vague speed, because it is the number that determines what your customer sees.
How is your pick accuracy measured?
We run a 99% pick accuracy rate across more than 1,500,000 orders fulfilled. Accuracy means the right SKU in the right quantity in the right parcel, measured on orders despatched rather than on lines picked, which is the more forgiving way to count.
Can I use my own packaging?
Yes. Clients send their own boxes, mailers, tissue, cards and inserts and we pack with them. Nothing in the parcel says OPS 3PL, so an unboxing experience you have spent money on survives the warehouse.
Which ecommerce platforms do you integrate with?
Orders import automatically from more than 100 selling channels and systems, including Shopify and Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Magento Commerce, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Alibaba, Big Cartel, Wish and Cratejoy. Custom shipping rules can be configured per channel, so marketplace and direct orders can follow different carrier logic.
Can you fulfil chilled and ambient items in the same order?
Yes. Chilled stock is held at 2-6°C on the same site as ambient stock, so a single order containing both is assembled once and ships as one parcel rather than being split across two providers.
Can I change or cancel an order after it is placed?
Often, yes. Our warehouse customer service team works on the warehouse floor rather than in a separate office, so an amendment request reaches someone who can physically intercept the pick, provided it has not already left the building.
